JK Exterior Cement Primer

Direction for Use

• For newly plastered surface, ensure proper curing and check alkalinity before primer
application. Usually 28 days of curing is recommended for such surface.
• Remove dust, loose particles, algae & fungi by wire brushing and wash with water.
Also check presence of dampness and rectify as required.
• Apply Decoshield Waterproof Putty to fill up minor cracks or voids in the walls. For
major cracks, use mixture of white cement and sand in the ratio 1:3 and ensure curing.
• Apply one coat of JK EXTERIOR PRIMER as a base coat for adhesion and better
coverage and allow it to dry for 3-4 hours.
• Mix 300-400 ml of water to 1 ltr of JK EXTERIOR PRIMER (depending on surface) and
apply it on the walls.
• Apply JUQ-EXTERIOR EMULSION over this primer coat.
• Apply another coat of primer if required (depending on surface condition).
